Taba
Taba is a small town in Egypt near the northern tip of the Gulf of Aqaba. The town, which contains a bus depot and a luxury hotel, but not much else, is the site of Egypt's busiest border crossing with Israel. Because of a dispute about where the border ran, which was not resolved until 1988, Taba was the last portion of Egyptian territory returned as a result of the 1979 peace agreement between Egypt and Israel.
